Two questions for all you simulaitonists...

1. Is there a way to take bring a file into solidworks to give motion to an assembly. I want to define the motion of the hydrolic pistons of our simulator to simulate its motion.

2. I have seen some videos where people incorporate momentum and reaction forces to there motion simulations. How is this done? a good example is the trebuchet in the following thread.
