Hi guys,

I am working on a boiler which has a large arrange of long thin hollow tubes. I have tried standard and curvature mesh it but the amount of time and resources used is too much. I have run geometry analysis to see what the minimum mesh should be( 4.76MM). There are no errors as far as I know in the model, but It just takes too long sometimes freezing and closing SW2012. What I am trying to find is the force needed  to shake/bump the tubes to a certain stress and displacement. Is there any other way to mesh this thing faster? How can I work around this problem?
