Has anyone else had this issue in 2011 SP 3.0 where you modify the dimension text

in a hole callout in the property manager and you get the message asking you if you are

sure you want to modify it and you say ok,

then you type in your modifications and it appears to

add in the property manager, but on the drawing face it doesn't?

Is there a work around?
