I realize that just about anything in Solidworks could be just a setting that I have missed...

I can not seem to change the height of this pop up, and the dimension name is stuck up

on top of the buttons.

Does this seem like some sort of corruption ? and if so, is the solution reinstalling 2013 (on windows 7 64)

I know, it's a dumb little issue, but it is driving me nuts !
