We all probably use to modify features by "double-click" on the dimensions in the part models.

There's a little topic that drives me crazy.

When I double-click on the dimension I sometimes get this one:

and sometimes get this the other one:

I don't understand the logic around it and it seems to be absolutely random. I would prefer to have the first solution, with the "Modify" box.

Is there a way to set SW in order to have always the "Modify" box when editing?

I'm on SW2015 SP5.
