Does anyone know what the best or most popular software out there that we can use to present a model the way is looks and feels like the game "need for speed" that we can customize the colors of the car/model/anything and also show the interior/or walkthrough , spin the model around and so on? This is all done on touch screen for the customers to experiment the new product.

The model I have is either in SW or Alias. I hope some experts on here can point out some useful tips as I am totally new to this field.
