Modeling beveloid gear

I have a complex gear, that I will probably have to make an exact CAD model of it, because I will need it for multiaxis CNC machine. From what I found out until now, I won't be able to make it with classical gear manufacturing methods, at least near my location.

I have to detail a gear transmission in which positions and orientation of both gears were already chosen. I can't change axes angles beacuse some parts to which these gears are mounted were already made. Outer dimensions of gears are also fixed because of gear ratio. From what I found out from some litearature (didn't find much, so if anyone knows anything, please let me know) these type of gears are called beveloid gears.

I've attached a STEP of draft design of gear pair and some views. My task is to model the geometry of both gears so they will function. For that kind of gear type I don't know where to start, beacuse the geometry of tooth changes from one side of gear to other - gear is also conical.
