Evening folks. Ive tried modeling this tap and was having a problem getting the inside 16mm hole cut. I offset the the sketch by 1mm its not cutting the section out and i tried using the extruded cut but that wouldn't work either. Any ideas why that might be happening?

I have to then move onto the actual screw thread which I am unsure of also.
