I had a complete drawing and needed to change the name of one of the parts referenced in some drawings views.

When I opened the drawing again, of course, SW could not find the referenced part because I changed the name. I then updated the reference via the "references button" in the File>Open window to point the drawing to the file with the updated name.

Despite the updated reference, the drawing views do not appear; only empty bounding boxes and 'greyed out' drawing view names in the design tree.

how can I get my drawing views to appear again?
