I would like to transition our model and drawing file together, (have them pre-selected so when you change the state of one you must change the state of the other),

In user setting within the Admin tool I see I have the following option

Miscellanous:

Do not mark referenced files when changing the state. (currently I have this unchecked)

the problem with this is when you check it,  if its an assembly it wants to take "all parts" including hardware, piece parts........and I just want to transition the assembly and the drawing of the assembly.

Is there a way to set it up so just assembly 123.Sldasm and 123.Slddrw are transitioned together.

BIG picture...my engineers are only transitioning the models when doing and Engineering and not taking the drawings with it.
