The PropertyManager box is missing when attempting to insert a reference plane. 

I have looked into it a bit here on the forum and have tried the following:

The Auto-Show PropertyManager box is checked in System Options.

The propertymanager does populate for other commands, such as ConvertEntities.

The property box is not hidden (I've gone to widescreen and don't see it anywhere).

(Something to note: I have the program downloaded on my PC and do not have the issue. The issue occurs on all available remote desktop machines, however I cannot find any changes to/differences in program settings/options).
