Somehow I've managed to lose the Property Manager icon in my design tree.  It normally resides between the feature manager and configuration manager buttons, but just went AWOL and I can't figger out how to get it back. It did reappear one time for about 30 seconds, then went away again.  Rebooting hasn't helped. Also appear to have two layers of the entire command manager block on top of each other; not sure why or how to get rid of the extra one. Any suggestions?
