I just upgraded to SW 2026 SP2.1, added the 3D Experiences add in, and the SW labs as well.

The virtual companion Aura shows up, but Leo is missing.

The SW labs tab has no issues logging in, but my 3D experience shows, you do not have access to this 3dexperience platform.
