So I usually don't have issues with this, not sure what's going on this time.  In sheet metal it's nice to design 1/4 of a symmetric part, and then mirror 1/4 into 1/2, then mirror the 1/2 into 1.  Not sure why this isn't working this time around.  Ideas?
