Anyone know why this is?  My tile right button will end up on top of my minimize button.

If I'm not paying attention and want to minimize or move my window tile to the right and click that spot... SW will freeze for about 10-15 seconds.  Then the tile will minimize. It's random as you can see.  Some windows will do it, some will not.

It did it with 2019 and still doing it with 2020.
