I need to migrate part files and drawing files from a folder outside of EPDM into EPDM.

These files (all part of a top level assembly) were pulled out via pack and go and some changes were made while outside of EPDM. Now they need to be reintroduced into EPDM. Our EPDM is set up with drawing and part folders. Within the drawing and part folders are numerical folders where drawing or part files are stored by part number. The files outside of EPDM need to be re introduced and find there way back to their respective folders to. Can this be done? How?
