I am trying to use dispatch to message groups of users when the "waiting for approval" state is achieved. The problem is the message in dispatch has no way of telling users which file needs approval.  Do you know of a way to do this?

Also I've always been curious if anyone has had any success with using the SMTP messaging option with Outlook.  We are just using "Database" option and EPDM's notifications.
