Good evening all,

I'm honestly at my wits end. I am trying to simulate a simple, 4-part assembly. One of the parts is not meshing (within the assembly). However, when I mesh the part separately (opened by itself), it meshes just fine. Why is this happening?

I've attempted the following:

- checked the contact sets (am I only supposed to have a single type of contact? There are two currently available, contact set and component contact)

- checked for potential interference

- adjusted mesh sizes (more/less coarse)

- add mesh control for the misbehaving part (still comes back as a failure)

- establish fixture

What else can I do?
