Can anyone shed any light onto this.

When I right click a menu pops up that has the ability to be customized. I have done this and put 7 icons in there, however when I go to use the menu then only 4 show up, I click customize again and all the 7 icons are there.

Is this expected behavior or should it be working? My colleague is able to get 5 new icons to show, which is 1 more than me!!!
