Update to 2026 GA was successful but I keep getting popup about low memory even though I haven't opened any files!

Even if I simply open windows explorer while 3DE is running I get low memory warning from 3DE. What gives?

I am running new Dell i7 with 32gb ram and 2tb SSD. I have no problem running other apps such as Adobe PhotoShop or Fusion.
