We are starting a new search for a mechanical designer here at UE Compression in Denver Colorado. Appropriate candidates will have at least 3 years of Solidworks experience as well as Autocad experience. Here at UE we package gas compression systems which requires design of piping systems and structural skids and supports. Knowledge of fabrication procedures as well as ability to create fabrication drawings a must.
- Solidworks (Inverntor or SolidEdge will be considered)
- Autocad
- 3d design for fabrication
- Weldments
- Piping systems (router)
- P&ID layout
- Ability to work with limited supervision and follow a specified workflow
Candidates with a long list of short term jobs are not desirable. We work hard here but the benifits are working 2 hours from some of the best skiing in the world. No relocation compensation.
