I searched this before i posted, But is there any way to pre select a mate type instead of what solidworks wants to do automatically? Would be nice to have a small drop down menu on the mate button anyone know? or is it just how it is. For example if i'm wanting to mate something at distance but when you hit mate solidworks is always going to try to do what it thinks first which is most of the time coincident etc. I think it would be a nice feature to add if it already isnt one and i just havent found it yet. click on mate and it will have a list to select one before the whole mate window comes up. anyone else agree?
