Mating between two sets of holes on spiral/cylindrical sheetmetal faces

I'm designing a spiral 90 degree turn conveyor. The two sides of this conveyor have a series of holes in them to bolt cross supports to which support the belt slider bed.  The problem I'm having is, the series of cross supports can't mate to the holes in the conveyor sides because in a cylindrical face, solidworks doesn't recognize them as holes.(the hole feature was done prior to the sketched bend function. i.e. it "distorts" the hole after the sheetmetal is rolled to a particular radius). It wouldn't be too bad if the "distorted" holes in the rolled sheetmetal were at the same height, i.e. not changing in elevation.  Then I could just use some vertical planes at different angles from the start of the turn along with a horizontal plane locating the cross supports where the holes are.  However, the entrance to the conveyor is at a lower elevation than the exit.  Thus, a constant change in elevation.  Not only is there a change in elevation at each set of holes, but the holes are tilted perpendicular to the incline.

How can I mate the cross-supports to these "distorted" holes since they're on different elevations and at different angles perpendicular to the inclination as a result of the twist/spiral effect?  I tried a 3D sketch to identify where the holes are, but I can't create a point and make a relation at the center of the hole because, again, solidworks doesn't see it as a hole unless it is on a plane(flat surface).

See the attached picture for an example of what I'm talking about.  You can see the bolts on the side of the conveyor are perpendicular to the belt at any given point in the spiral.

How can I place these cross supports in at those locations?
