I would like for the material selected by engineering to carry attributes (Spec, thickness, etc.) that are then pushed into ePDM and on to BOM exports. I have found the custom properties tab within the materials manager in Solidworks but those attributes are not pushing to the part. Do I need to build macros to make this happen or am I missing something?
