I've a "mate" problem, but... first, a deeep breath so I don't start ranting... there, all better.  I'm in a very uncomfortable position as 1) I'm only somewhat familiar with the software (SW R2010, SP0), 2), We received the model I'm working with half-done from a client whose Engineer quit, and 3) Of course, they're in a BIIIIG hurry, e.g. it's Sunday, and I'm on my 8th day straight.  Anyways, I'm trying to mate two parts, and it just refuses to work (see attached).  I have a "Front Plane" in one part mated Coincident to an Axis through a hole in the mating part, the distance is "0", but as you can see, the part is 0.89166667" off.  My questions are, 1) WHY????? and, of course, 2) What do I have to do to make it mate properly?  Thanx.
