Is there a chance that Orders department responsible for ordering materials can obtain products/parts masses without solidworks?

I was wondering if there is any other way to share mass information or material usage with other department in the company which don't have solidworks.

Is there any way to extract this information from the models and export it in automatic way?

At the moment I have to read material mass manually and email those figures to others, Ideally would have fully automated.

maybe EPDM? Maybe macros?
