I am finding eDrawings cumbersome when it comes to marking up SolidWorks and AutoCAD files (with trying not to use up a SolidWorks license).  What options do we have to markup our old board drawings that have been scanned to .tiff format other than MS Paint?  eDrawings does not open them.
