I am currently working on a Mould tool for injection moulding. In the past I have being able to use the automated feature within Tool split. However the part is too complex and will not facilitate an interlocking surface.

I am aware that you can manually add one using the ruler surface tool, however I am not gaining any ground on it. Does anyone know of any tutorials/videos of using the ruler surface method for creating a interlocking surface? specific to mould design would be desired.
