Every think my company designs is very volume for custom equipment so we machine everything in house on manual mills. The default costing template is clearly set up for high speed machining centers and doesnt give me anywhere near accurate results and it is taking me forever to go in and change all of the feeds and speeds for each material and cutter. Does anyone already have a costing template for using manual mills they would be willing to share?
