We are in the process of changing all of our 2-D drawings into solidworks solids.  We are a sheet metal shop, so we deal with a ton of bends.  Sometimes, solidworks errors out, mostly because it "thinks" the relief cut/hole for a corner is too small.  Yet we KNOW it bends because we have made the part dozens if not hundreds of times.

My question is 2 part, but may have the same anser:

1. Is there a way to FORCE solidworks to make the bend

2. Is there a place to edit something to make the default needed relief small, so solidworks does not error out on these bends?

ANY and all help is greatly appreciated; I have 3000+ files to transfer, so getting this to work would be a huge help!
