I am using solid works through my highschool's engineering program.  I have 3 days of 40 min class period of experience.  Our task is to recreate a 1x8 lego beam.  After creating the main body im trying to make the studs on top.  I set a horizontal reference line to center the studs but i also am wonder how to set each circle/stud equidistance from each other, or how to set a reference that is not on the midpoint of 2 other lines.  Hopefully you can understand what im trying to ask so hopefully you can help me. Any other advice on creating a 1x8 lego beam would be appreciated.
