Hi Everyone

First I am trying to make a smart component in assembly , i need this smart feature(cut) not to propagate into parts, when i insert the same part again , I don't want to see this cut .

Second , I am wondering when I save a part in the library as library part and insert this part in assembly if i do cut in this part in the assembly and i insert this part again from the library i see the cut propagated in the part , why?

Please see attached an assembly has a cylinder and I want to make the tx_port as smart component. very much appreciate your help.
