I am trying to create a cut at the intersection of a pipe and a curved solid piece. I am new to solidworks, and I basically want a cut of the exact hole in which the pipe makes in the curved piece. I did an intersection which proved successful, but I want to be able to get rid of the pipe piece once I am done. I put this assembly that I am working on and a part in which the curved piece added on has an intersection with the pipe. I need to find a way to create the cut in either the part or the assembly.
