Would like to be able to quickly summon our company design rules, not pages long but too long to remember every specific rule/best practice.

We've tried a document (with and without explanation of design rules) on the server, on the desktop background as a shortcut, printed out version. But if we don't have to leave SolidWorks to summon the document/rules that would be even better! I can put it in a table, or jpg or pdf but how do I show it on an instant by pressing a macro button?
