I created a macro to replace "Save" and "Save As" features to perform some functions to help with custom properties formatting for our file management software.  I created icons replicating the "Save" and "Save As" icons, except in red (my company color).  I want to place them at the top toolbar but they shrink in size to the point you can't really make out what they are.  Has anyone seen this before, and is there a fix to this?  I've created the icons at 24x24 at first, then 32x32, then 45x45, and neither worked.  What size are they supposed to be?

Here is an screen shot at 32x32.  The icon is between the save and print button.  As you can see, all my other macro buttons are full sized, with the icon files at 24x24.
