i have a situation that, one of our site has  located in brazil, and they are using some portugues charactor in their file name. now we are planing to collaborate all sites and exchanging data throgh out the sites. so now i wanted to find the special charactor in file names and replace with alternet charactor. so any one have any idea how to do it? i am not good in creation of macros, so if any body have exp in it, can you provide me the macro to overcome this challenge?
