i was looking for some assistance on creating a Macro. 

This macro would;

right click Sheet1

edit sheet format

right click the titleblock field showing the part description (\$PRPSHEET: "Title")

edit text

change from 14pt to 12pt font

close dialog

place text box in specific location centered in the titleblock field

exit edit sheet

If there is multiple sheets, this would repeat on the other sheets
