Please be aware that the 2018 Essentials manual cannot be opened from my home computer or from my iPad, even though I am trying to open it from my library account.
I can open other manuals, but not this one.
This is what I get:
I hope they do not expect us to request activations every time we use a new computer. When I need to open a manual I need that in the moment, cannot wait days for someone to read these emails.
