Hi,

I am using four M95X4 Nuts for a hydraulic press and I need to make sure that the Nuts do not fail when the full load is applied (100T) - see the image below.

Can anyone tell me the FOS of a nut? The followings are the details.

Thread: M95

Pitch: 4mm

Material: AISI 1020

Tensile Load on a Nut: 25T

Thread Length: 60mm
