I have lost the ability to have any menu appear when using right-click. For instance, when in an assy, right-clicking on a part in the featuremanager tree does not give me any menu (can't turn off float/fix, etc.). When right-clicking on a view in a drawing, no menu appears (can't right-click to open the file that's in the view). 

This is happening only in SolidWorks and with all file types. Right-click works as expected in all other applications. Any ideas on a fix would be greatly appreciated. I'm using SolidWorks 2023. Thank you!
