I have a decal that shows up fine in my assembly. I then save the assembly as a part and the Decal disappears. I reapply the decal and save the part as a Step file where again the decal disappears. The plate where the decal is on actually turns from gray to blue. Am I doing something wrong? I want the decal to show on the step file.

I do have the decal turned on under View/decals in all 3 cases.
