I am experiencing a persistent login error with my SOLIDWORKS Connected application. I cannot get past the login screen.
Here are the steps to reproduce the issue:
1. I launch SOLIDWORKS Connected from either the 3DEXPERIENCE web platform or my desktop shortcut.
2. A login modal appears, and I enter my credentials.
3. The login itself seems to be successful.
4. Immediately after, a pop-up appears with the error message: "Could not connect to 3DEXPERIENCE." (I have attached a screenshot of this error).
5. If I click "Retry," it just shows the login modal again, creating an infinite loop. If I click "Cancel," SOLIDWORKS closes.
I have already tried common troubleshooting steps, including a full uninstall and reinstall of the application, as well as clearing all related cache files, but the problem persists.
