A few months ago when I tried to enter the Customer Portal, I was prompted to create a new password. I did so and and continued through the portal and from there into the forum area. Here I needed to enter my password again. I dutifully entered the new password I just created and was allowed in to the forum area. However, ever since then I have had to enter that (not so) new password every time I enter the forums. My old password was 9 digits and the new one is 8. I notice the dots in the password field and every time I log in there are 9 of them. That seems to indicate that the forum login continues to remember my old password.

I would like to have the forums remember the new password without going to Internet options and deleting all of my cookies. Is there a way to do this? I am using Firefox as my browser. Is this part of my problem? I have looked in my profile area and cannot find anything related to this issue.
