Lofting solids using noncontinous profiles

Hi all,

When you have a sketchs that are made of up non continous lines, as in, not not a closed loop, but want to loft them together, using all of those lines, how could you do it? I hvae attached some imgages and a part file ot demonstrate my questions. Image 1 shows the two sketches each having a circle with a line in the middle. I am aware that you can extrude noncontinous lines in a straight direction as shown in image 2, but i want to loft one sketch into the other as shown crudely in image 3. Is this possible?. I am aware that i can loft the surfaces separately but as i am trying to use this sort of function in a much more complicated structure, lofting separately is causing lots of problems and i would much prefer lofting the lines together in one time. Image three shows an arrow to say that i want that middle surface lofted as well. Also i dont mind if it is a surface loft or solid loft.
