I'm new here and in Solidworks at all , so please help me.

I'm trying to create a small solidworks model of a wooden boat , which I want to make from thin wood. When I make it with Lofted boss/base future , later i cant flatten every single surface for cutting. I understand that with Lofted boss/base future i cant convert to a sheet metal. When i try directly with lofted surface I cant flatten surface also. Flatten-bends future are creating bends that i don't need.

I hope i was clear with my question , so please help me with this.
