Hello

I have a part that is commonly customized for customer specifications. One of the features is a loft between two faces. The left face is created from a split sketch, and the right face is part of a boss with a draft. Generally it works without a problem.

Other times, I get the rebuild error "Failed to split loft section segments to make equal number of segments on each loft section." When I get this error, I can't seem to fix it no matter what I try.

Why am I getting this error sometimes, and what can I do about it?

Boundary boss seems to always work, but doesn't look good enough and breaks for any start/end constraints.

I am on SW 15 sp 2.1
