G'day all,

I have a fiber optic backlight that I'm modeling and I wish to model roughly (doesn't need to be exact) the LED interface to have an idea on any clearance issues for the final assembly.

Attached is an image of what I'm talking about and also a SLDPRT (2011 SP1) solidworks file of my attempt. I've tried using lofts and and boundary surfaces to do this but can't seem to get it working. Any ideas?

I know part of the issue is the thinness of material (I put in a thickness of 0.010" for the backlight just so I have some thickness to work with)

any ideas would be appreciated cheers!
