I don't use the loft function with much frequency so maybe I am mistaken but I was certain that I have done this before.  Is it possible to loft a 2d sketch to a 3d sketch?  I keep getting the "Loft operation failed to complete" notice when I attempt this (see image). The sketches are very simple- just 4 line segments each.

I have also included the same part with three identical sketches.  I can surface loft/ knit or loft between two surfaces to create a solid but can't solid loft the two sketches.  Am I going crazy (don't answer that )- I was certain this was possible.  Or maybe it is just a bad installation or patch or ?
