I teach a group of very novice students and I was wondering if ther is a way to LOCK the workspace setting so every student would have the same screen every class and so students do not lose menues ect.

when a student has a question I am spending too much time looking for how he/she has arranged their workplace.

I have taken to, as soon as I sit down to help with a problem, I just do a  workspace default, but I was wondering if i can set a standard at the beginning of each semester.
