Where should should I put all our Solidworks templates & macros?  Inside EPDM or on a shared network drive?  How do yall have it set up?

Currently we have all our solidworks templates and macros etc saved in the EPDM vault.  I'm having to tell all our users to "Get Latest Version" of those files every few weeks after we make an update.  This sucks.  Would be great if EPDM could push these to the users automatically, but apparently it can't.
